Celestibia Solutions provides DevSecOps services that build security into the software delivery pipeline instead of bolting it on at the end. We add static and dynamic application testing, dependency and container scanning, secrets management, IAM policies, policy as code and automated compliance checks to your CI/CD, so every release is checked before it reaches production.
Who is this service for?
- 1Teams that ship often and cannot wait for manual security reviews.
- 2Fintech and other regulated companies that need evidence of secure development.
- 3Organizations preparing for SOC 2, PCI DSS or customer security questionnaires.
- 4Engineering leaders who want security findings delivered to developers early.
What Celestibia provides
Secure pipeline design
Security gates placed where they catch issues earliest with the least friction.
SAST and DAST
Static analysis on every commit and dynamic testing against running environments.
Dependency and container scanning
Known-vulnerability checks for libraries and images, with policies for what blocks a release.
Secrets management
Secrets removed from code and pipelines into a managed vault, with rotation.
Policy as code
Infrastructure and Kubernetes policies enforced automatically during review and deployment.
Compliance evidence
Pipeline records that serve as audit evidence for secure development controls.
Business outcomes
- Vulnerabilities caught before production.
- Security that does not slow releases down.
- Audit evidence produced as a by-product of delivery.
- Developers who see and fix issues in their own workflow.

How we deliver
- 1
Review
Map the current pipeline and identify where risk enters.
- 2
Integrate
Add scanning, secrets management and policy checks in stages.
- 3
Tune
Reduce false positives so developers trust and act on findings.
- 4
Report
Dashboards and evidence for engineering leadership and auditors.
Security and cost, built in
Security approach
DevSecOps is the security approach for delivery: shift checks left to the pull request, keep secrets out of code, sign and scan artifacts, and enforce policy automatically at deploy time.
Cost optimization approach
We prefer open-source and provider-native scanners where they meet the need, and run heavy scans selectively so pipeline time and licensing costs stay reasonable.

DevSecOps: frequently asked questions
What is DevSecOps?
DevSecOps means embedding security practices into the development and deployment pipeline, not adding them at the end. In practice it includes container scanning, static analysis, secrets management, IAM policies and automated compliance checks in CI/CD.
What is the difference between SAST and DAST?
SAST (static application security testing) analyzes source code without running it, so it catches issues early. DAST (dynamic application security testing) tests a running application from the outside, finding issues such as misconfigured headers or injection flaws. Most pipelines need both.
Will DevSecOps slow down our releases?
Not when it is tuned. Fast checks run on every pull request, heavier scans run on a schedule or before release, and false positives are suppressed so developers only see real findings.
